We will give you a straight answer on that, including when the answer is "leave it another season". What we repair

Leaning and shifted posts
The most common call we get. Clay soil movement and wind work a wood post loose at the ground line. We reset or replace on steel, which is what stops it recurring.
Storm and wind damage
Blown-down sections, snapped rails, panels torn off. We can usually get a yard secure quickly and do the full repair on schedule.
Rot, insects and ground contact
Rotted pickets and rails replaced, and a rot board added at the base so the new wood is not sitting in the same splash zone that killed the old.
Gates that sag or will not latch
Usually a hinge or post problem rather than a gate problem. We rehang on hardware sized for the weight, and adjust or replace the latch.
Chain link and iron repairs
Stretched or torn mesh, bent top rail, damaged posts, rusted ornamental iron — repaired and recoated rather than replaced where that makes sense.
Section replacement
When one run is gone but the rest is sound, we rebuild the run and match the existing line so it does not look patched.
