Fair. Most people want to know whether they are in the right ballpark before they let a contractor onto the property. Typical installed cost on this coast runs about $18–$50+ per linear foot depending on material, height and how complicated the site is — chain link at the bottom, ornamental aluminum at the top, cedar privacy in the middle.

How fast will I get it?

We aim to be out within 24–48 hours, and most quotes go out the same day as the visit. If you need it faster, say so when you call — sometimes we can.

Do you have to visit, or can you quote from photos?

For a repair or a short run we can often give you a usable range from a photo and a rough length. For a full fence we visit, because access, terrain, corners and the state of the existing line move the price more than the footage does.

What does "line-item" mean?

The posts, hardware, gates, removal and each add-on are priced separately rather than rolled into one number. It means you can drop a gate or add a rot board and see exactly what changes — and you can compare our bid against another one honestly.

Will you match another quote?

We match any licensed competitor on the same specification. The words "same specification" are doing the work there: a cheaper bid on wood posts instead of steel is not the same fence, and we will show you where the difference is rather than just dropping the price.

What do you need from me?

A rough length, what you are trying to achieve, and whether there is an existing fence to remove. Photos help. If you have an HOA, knowing that up front saves a week.
